Built-in camera can stop responding and needs a unplug/replug to reset. Two USB ports (camera, control) when device ought to have a built-in hub (though given the previously mentioned camera issues…). USB ports are wrong type, but that’s apparently the third-party controller board’s fault; USB-A ports are not legal as device-side ports.

speed, detail, and the compact size
The settings are difficult to dial in and manual focus. can be tedious. Also, the column on mine doesn't rotate like the one in the pictures when I made the purchase. I have to unbolt the column and rotate manually; replace bolts, etc.
Solid performer for metal engraving
The lenses are not standard. Have to buy them directly from Monport
The space and work area ….. since my glowforge experience was horrible ….. so it’s a paper weight in my office
