The size and power
The fact I have had two of them and had problems with both of them and have since returned him, first one camera didn't work on day one day two the safety switch on the door quit then after about a week waiting on tech support they decided the motherboard was bad and wanted me to replace it on a brand new machine. I refuse and they agreed to send me a new machine and the second one the gantry was bent from the factory and every time the laser head would go back and forth it was cutting metal off the gantry! I requested my money back and have since ordered a new One laser XT that has been on backorder and set to arrive this month.

The settings are difficult to dial in and manual focus. can be tedious. Also, the column on mine doesn't rotate like the one in the pictures when I made the purchase. I have to unbolt the column and rotate manually; replace bolts, etc.
