Everything. The engraving was awful. And then my laser power supply went out after 20 mins of using it. Took 2 weeks to get a new one and was a major pain to replace on a brand new machine. Still didn’t work right and ended up returning it. I’ve had 3 omtech products now and NONE of them have worked.
It comes apart easy
It showed up inoperable. Broken autofocus sensor, limit switches not engaging the carriage causing violent vibration during homing, camera won't properly complete alignment with lightburn and it has rust on some parts inside this "new" machine. The current user experience is to manually move the threaded rod up and down for attempting to focus and it's super hard to center anything because I cannot align the machine. It's like a $2000 paperweight. Also, it doesn't have enough clearance with the rotary to do whiskey glasses or standard tumblers. How could they not have given us another 1" - 1.5"? It's a disappointing purchase at this point.
