Weird issue where it pauses for about 7 minutes before running. Working with support team to resolve.

The settings are difficult to dial in and manual focus. can be tedious. Also, the column on mine doesn't rotate like the one in the pictures when I made the purchase. I have to unbolt the column and rotate manually; replace bolts, etc.
