Looks nice
lack of consistancy with engraving and cutting
Nothing. This machine is junk.
This machine has been a headache since I got it. I worked endlessly with their support team on the issues, which included me taking apart the whole machine, and their answer for everything is to blame Lightburn.
Great size unit
Software was an issue. Support not able to rectify issues after months of trying.
Easy to use
Sometimes doesn't connect via USB. Sometimes just doesn't etch correctly

it is powerful, it engraves really well. Support team is really responsive, even if they really only speak a bit of English.
it was not square. Difficult to get working well with Lightburn. Support is good, but all Chinese speakers - this makes it difficult.
Cheap, easy to use, automatic air assist is nice
Driver difficulties, low power, loses tension which creates misalignment
Love it. Of all the lasers it actually works. Best value for the money. Love being able to control the x axis within lightburn and within different cuts.
