Had to replace a lot of parts.

Wish it had a bigger bed size
The laser is the epicenter of my business. I love the versatility and limitless nature of what I can create with it. For business, I love the reliability of it and the efficiency of it. The quick cycle times allow me to have competitive pricing.
Nothing really. I love all of my lasers and they each serve their own purpose. My Mira 7 (I purchased this) is my dedicated tumbler laser, my Mira 5 (also purchased this) I use for engraving blanks, and my Nova 14 (earned through Aeon partnership program) is used for large projects and cuts.
Speed. I had a glowforge and to make 6 sets of tokens it would take 6 hours. On the Mira 7 it takes one hour. I was blown away with how much better it was!
Make it self cleaning! I hate cleaning the honeycomb...

Large bed size, decent power, and great value (for class and size). Also excellent technical support from Aeon
Have had a couple hardware problems (belt tension problem led to X-axis shifting, lid is not soft close and so the glass shattered once). But Aeon's tech support is stellar and we've gotten back up and running as quickly as reasonably possible in both instances.
