Prep tips
  • Set your line interval to 0.080 mm in LightBurn or XCS.
  • Export using 318 DPI so your photo imports at the intended size.
  • Start with high speed and moderate power, then tighten spacing only if a test tile still looks soft.

This tool uses a 1:1 match between spot size and line interval, which is a solid default for photo engraves. Tighten spacing after test burns if you need more edge detail.
