Software while good - doesn't give enough control like lightburn does

Lightburn integration is awful. No honeycomb bed. Hard to dial in because it’s made for people who don’t know what they’re doing. I really hate their software.

Right after I bought it they released the p3… definitely would have waited and purchased that if I knew it was coming. Also hate removing the back panel

bedsize

The limitations of size and the speed is not really conducive for someone who is growing a business. It's a great starter but at some point if your business grows as we all hope, it no longer can keep up with demand. For the price and knowing what I know now, I probably would have gone with an equivalent CO2 Glass tube with bigger area and sacrificed slightly on the detail.

Would prefer a bigger work area

I miss the framing function on other machines.

Not having a memory so I could reuse files I've cut with it. Always having to use the PC and resending the files.
